As you may notice, we’ve had a considerable face lift for the site! We’ve now got a blog, which we’ll look to update regularly regarding events that we regularly hold in the restaurant. We’ve also completely revamped our menu page and thanks to Andrew Cuthbertson, you can view almost all our meals in all their glory!

A big thanks to Jon Mills for building our new site, we absolutely love it!

Having dined in your restaurant on Sunday 4th May at 4.30 I was deeply disappointed with the food. First off all no chicken wing, no lasagna (never have I been to Italian restaurant and not have lasagna on the menu) Then one of the company order a meal which was totally awful, complained about it as the rice was more like risotto than rice, brought meal back and it was still awful think it was put in microwave and rice was dried up but prawns was like rubber. .Manageress came over and said she would not charge for meal. In general the whole experience was one I would not repeat as I have been a lot to Papperinos and found this to be the worst dining experience I have had in a long time.

      Hi Patricia
Thanks for your comments, although we are very disappointed that your experience was not of a good one !
Obviously it being a bank holiday weekend we were very busy, and a Sunday have limited deliveries, we always buy and cook food fresh to order, so can particularly at busy times run out, the lasagne being a prime example, it is a staple on our menu, but due to popularity this weekend ran out.
As for the rice, we do use Italian rice which your correct to state is risotto style, no excuse for being dried up and the prawn rubber like too ! I can ensure your comments have been taken on board and I will speak to head chef about these comments.
      Regards
      Mark
